چکیده

Abstract Diseases caused by bacteria are an important and widespread constraint, occurring in almost all crops, including vegetables, pulses, cereals, ornamentals, fruit forages. Although several strategies have been developed to obtain disease resistance plants using genetic engineering, few studies effectively demonstrated the control of bacterial diseases. It has previously reported that a gene encoding sphingomyelinase ( ThSMase ), identified Trichoderma harzianum , is up‐regulated during biocontrol against phytopathogens, this may biotechnological applications. SMases involved multiple cellular functions, immune response pathogens. We hypothesized expression from fungi transgenic tobacco could generate plant was cloned under double CaMV 35S promoter plus leader sequence alfalfa mosaic virus (AMV), stably introduced expressed tobacco. Reverse transcription‐quantitative PCR analysis revealed at similar levels lines tested. Our results showed no statistically significant difference susceptibility after challenging nontransgenic with fungus Sclerotinia sclerotiorum . However, bacterium Pseudomonas syringae pv. tabaci tolerance Xylella fastidiosa strong potential processes such as molecular breeding plants.

Role of the Trichoderma harzianum endochitinase gene, ech42, in mycoparasitism.

The role of the Trichoderma harzianum endochitinase (Ech42) in mycoparasitism was studied by genetically manipulating the gene that encodes Ech42, ech42. We constructed several transgenic T. harzianum strains carrying multiple copies of ech42 and the corresponding gene disruptants. The level of extracellular endochitinase activity when T. harzianum was grown under inducing conditions increased ...

Investigation of Mutation in Chitinase Gene in Gamma Radiated Mutants of Trichoderma Harzianum by STS Marker

Effects of induced mutation via gamma irradiated with 250 Gy dose (in Nuclear Agriculture Research School- Nuclear Science and Technology Research Institute) on Trichoderma harzianum conidiaon chitinase activity by STS molecular marker have been evaluated in this study. Among 20 irradiated mutants which selected via improved antagonistic capability against Rhizoctonia sola...

OPTIMIZATION OF THE TRICHODERMA HARZIANUM CuZn SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASE GENE EXPRESSION IN E. COLI

A study of the optimization of CuZn superoxide dismutase gene expression in E. coli L21/pET28-SOD was undertaken. The SOD gene was directionally cloned into expression vector pET28.The recombinant plasmid was transformed into E. coli BL21 and induced by IPTG to express SOD protein. The four effective factors, including the initial concentration of BL21/pET28-SOD, concentration of IPTG, incubati...

Enhanced Expression of Endochitinase in Trichoderma harzianum with the cbh1 Promoter of Trichoderma reesei.

Production of extracellular endochitinase could be increased 5-fold in the mycoparasite fungus Trichoderma harzianum by using the cellulase promoter cbh1 of Trichoderma reesei, whereas the total endochitinase activity increased 10-fold. The cbh1 promoter was not expressed on glucose and sucrose in T. harzianum and was induced by sophorose and on cellulase-inducing medium. The endogenous endochi...

Harzianic acid: a novel siderophore from Trichoderma harzianum.

Agriculture-relevant microorganisms are considered to produce secondary metabolites during processes of competition with other micro- and macro-organisms, symbiosis, parasitism or pathogenesis. Many different strains of the genus Trichoderma, in addition to a direct activity against phytopathogens, are well-known producers of secondary metabolites and compounds that substantially affect the met...
